Instructional designers must create meaningful training that caters to different learning styles. Today's business environment spans several generations, with their own unique learning styles.  As a result, instructional designers must implement different deliverables within the same learning objective to ensure long-term transfer.

SAMPLE 1: AIB Awareness Video

This video was created to help create a new mindset for the store managers to view their shop through a food safety lens and be able to spot and troubleshoot possible food safety issues.  This video also contains my voice over work.

SAMPLE 2: DEF Cold Weather Enhancement Kit Installation Video

This is just the video portion of the training.  It demonstrates the main steps involved in installing the cold weather enhancement kit.  This video contains 3-D animation I created along with video editing and voice-over work.

SAMPLE 3: Unitec Car Wash Install Poster

This poster was created as a quick reference guide to the equipment connections for the Passport POS system to the various Unitec Car Wash controllers.  All images were created by hand using Corel Draw.

SAMPLE 4: Food Defense Facilitators Guide

This is one of the facilitators guide created for the QA/QC department to be used in all of the shops company wide.  It lays out everything for the facilitator from the course agenda to preparations prior to the training.

PART 1

SAMPLE 5: Rewards App Class Presentation (Part 1 and 2)

This presentation was split into 2 parts to house on this website.  It is used to train new shop management on downloading, installing, and using the Rewards App as part of their in class training at the home office.
